Texas: Barbara Forrest on TEA and Chris Comer
Barbara Forrest weighs in again on the faux neutrality of the Texas Education Agency and their mistreatment of Chris Comer, the director of science curricula they forced to resign in November. Don McLeroy gets some attention, too.
I wonder what the TEA would have done if Comer wrote instead of “FYI,” “opportunity to air your disagreements.” By any measure that would have been just as “non-neutral.”
And I wonder what they would have done if she instead had written an FYI regarding an upcoming speaker from the DI for instance.
