Michigan: A Christmas Walk

Diane and I have been advised to increase our exercise. We decided to start with half-hour walks daily, something we can easily do right here at home.

We had Rusty’s weight up because we originally thought we would be going to Florida for the holidays, so she is grounded until her weight is brought down to responsive flying weight. But we have been taking the Vizlas, Kenna and Mystral, out for the walks. Today, we also had our neighbor’s young male border collie, Riley, accompany us.

We have been walking part of the bounds, and Diane and I each chide the other for pauses, her for commentary on changes and improvements to be made to manage the land, and me for taking photos.

But I think tonight’s photo haul was pretty good, and may justify the pauses somewhat.

A merry Christmas and happy holidays to all!
